WP7 - Communication and Dissemination

WP Leader: EASN Technology Innovation Services (EASN TIS)

WP7 is associated with the communication and dissemination outreach of the project, aiming to maximize the project’s impact to the related audiences. The main objectives include but are not limited to the following:

  • To establish agreed methods and mechanisms for the knowledge sharing to be realized outside the consortium;
  • To establish effective and sustainable dissemination of knowledge during but also beyond the end of the project;
  • To organize the dissemination of the project results to the relevant audiences so as to increase the project’s scientific impact;
  • To evaluate and determine appropriate forum fora and media presentation and for publication of results;
  • To organize special workshops with partners and appropriate organizations;
  • To communicate the project activities and outcomes to relevant audiences outside the consortium using the appropriate channels and messages, towards maximizing the project’s societal impact;
  • To coordinate knowledge management and protection, having due regard to the legitimate interests and the IPRs of the contractors concerned
  • Reporting about these activities

The importance of communicating the SARAH results to the scientific community and the general public, as often stressed by the European Commission, is recognized and several actions and mechanisms will be put in place to achieve this. To achieve these objectives, the dissemination and communication activities of the project will be coordinated and monitored by a dissemination manager.
